How long will it take for you to ship my order after I place it?

Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (EST).

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will most likely be processed the following Monday.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high demand, deliveries currently take approximately 7-15 business days (Mon-Fri). We apologize for any inconvenience.

If we experience high volume or severe weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping price

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Why is my order delayed?

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to events beyond our control, when this happens we will work with our couriers to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Missing items in my order

We apologize for missing items, incorrect packaging, items being sent in more than one parcel, or items falling off the wagon. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please email us at the address below and we will make arrangements for you.

We currently only ship to locations within the United States.
